King of Contractors provides AI-powered phone answering, lead capture, and related communication services for contractor businesses. Service plans, features, and pricing are described in your service agreement. Plans are billed monthly and may be canceled with thirty days notice as described in your agreement.
King of Contractors sends text messages only to people who have opted in to receive them. Opting in is always optional and is never a condition of purchase or service. Message types include responses to your inquiry (such as information you requested), callback and appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders.
Calls to our business line are answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed for accuracy and quality.
We work hard to capture every call, but no answering system is perfect. Our services are provided as-is, and our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
